Very proud and happy right now.....

Shyam and I not only finished, but polished and completed the 1st draft of SPELLBOUND, our first foray into comedy!

For all you writers out there, here's how it happened: Started with a concept, tried dozens of different story ideas, got discouraged and abandonded the whole thing, then got reinvigorated, asked the advice of LOTS of different people, then finally picked a direction and hunkered down....
Drank lots of green tea and brainstormed out the whole thing.....
Shyam valiantly pounded out the first draft....
I polished and tweaked...
Then Shyam tweaked and polished more....
And back....
And forth....
And finally.....

We locked it! We turned it in to our agents and managers a couple days ago!

And now we wait again.

But whatever happens next, I could not be prouder of the work and the FINISH that has taken place. From concept to a polished blueprint, it has taken years and years of work. And nobody can take that away.
