I'm a naturally ADD kind of person, with thoughts that seem to bounce all over the place. But I'll never forget the first time I meditated.....it was a feeling of calm and clarity like I've never experienced....although I wasn't quite sure what I was doing! This might seem like a weird question, but are there techniques that you would suggest for how to meditate? What to think about?
