Six years ago, I had an idea for a film which sprang from a dozen different HARDY BOYS books buried in my subconscious. An idea about 2 brothers who go on a treasure hunt. Another step back....
We lost the backing of our principal investor, who was committed to providing/raising the entire budget, which was in the millions. Very disappointing.

However, we knew going in, and we know now more than ever, that getting a feature film made is a difficult proposition and that there were going to be plenty of setbacks. We remain committed, and we have the committment of our producers. So we go back the drawing board, but with just as much belief as before. Going to keep scratching and clawing.

This is why its so important to believe in the product, whether its a film project, a business proposition...anything, really. Gotta have the belief to push through the obstacles and disappointments.
