To follow the path of Jesus.

I'm not a religious kid. 16, and I only went to church to get confirmed. I don't support the seriousness of Christianity and the Bible.
A few months ago, I listened to a certain song. Nara. I began to think. I thought about the conditions of the world. I thought about how to make the world a better place, the people needed to be better. I thought about what I believed the greatest virtues in life were. Respect, love, responsibility, compassion, humility, perserverance, and understanding.

When my friends tell me their dreams, I'm not pleased. They want fast cars, beautiful women, and a big show-offy house.

My dream now is to give up my possesions and hit the road. I want to live in humility. I want to go from place to place and make camp for only days at a time. I'll try to teach some people some of those virtues I find important, but not press them upon the people. I'll talk to anybody willing to listen. I want to be able to sit down in the park with a stranger and be able to talk about life and change their perspective. When I think I've changed at least one person and make my mark on that place, I'll leave for a new one.

Hopefully, some people will want to understand me. They'll follow me faithfully from place to place and learn what I live for. When I pass, they'll continue to teach for me.

Like I said, I'm not religious. I don't believe in a "higher being". I don't believe that there is salvation beyond our lives. I've had this dream for a few months now and just realized recently that this is exactly what the Bible wants us to do. It doesn't want us to go preaching about God, telling people to fear and obey. The Bible wants us to be good people, and help others become good people as well.

And that's my dream.
