Id like to do a swapping program for teachers and education professionals to visit other places and how they teach, test, manage curriculum, motivate students etc first hand. Upon return they would submit an online portfolio of their trip and much like this website develop a library of resources and ideas. Consultation of swap teachers would finish it off
Launching the website is just the first step. Having people use the website to pledge their dreams, begin to follow them, and update us on their progress is the second step. Having this community of dreamers begin to interact and encourage and support each other on their journey is the next step. But empowering people to actualize their dreams is the ultimate goal!
