i am a 22 years old guy  , i have been over weight from quite a time now , i m kinda fed up with  myself and  now i want to do something about it  , i  have just baught a mountain bike , and am thinking of loosing some weight , so a little motivation might help !

I suffer from depression and anxiety after a breakdown last year, so my dream is to be happy again, i know it sounds cheesy but i think we all take happyness for granted when we have it.

I was working as a Professional Photographer for the past 7 years, until February of last year, when i had a breakdown, since then Ive been suffering from depression and anxiety.
I always thought i had my life figured out, until this happened out of the blue, since then i would love just to be happy again.

My grandmother is one of the most important people in my life if not the most important. She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3 progesterone estrogen receptor sensetive. we have gone through the surgery and now we are on our second cycle of chemo. well when you get older (I'm 55 years old)and you haven't actually done anything in your life, then you dream of things that might have been. You come to realise the fact that all the IF'S,.... BUTS,.... SHOULD HAVE,... and ONLY'S are the barriers of your own demise. You have to go out there and start the wheels rolling to get where you want to be in life. Still, your older now and wiser but your life seems empty because you haven't filled it with the great things that accomplish success of seeing your dream come into fruition. However, not everyone lives to be as old as you are now (some people die as infants, some die at old age). So, it's never too late to do what you want to do.......................................
